With eight years of experience across learning design, facilitation, coaching, and program management, Chelsea helps leaders and teams strengthen collaboration, build leadership capability, and navigate change with greater clarity and connection.

Her background includes internal roles at Spotify and Horizon Media, where she designed and delivered programs on performance development, team effectiveness, succession planning, internal mobility, collaboration, and feedback culture.
